Consign your tack with a trusted industry expert! 

We accept Show, Ranch or Work Saddles, as well as High End Show Halters, Show Headstalls and Bits.

OPTION 1 - Online Consignment

  • Step 1: You Pay a $50 listing fee per item (Show, Ranch or Work Saddles, High End Show Halters, Show Headstalls and Bits are accepted)
  • Step 2: You provide us with pictures, serial numbers and any information on the saddle or items you have for sale. You must disclose any blemishes including dents, scratches, excessive wear, any structural issues or repairs needed on your items. We will then give you a fair market value of your saddle or items to make sure you are comfortable with those price points. We will advise and assist you on getting better photographs if needed.
  • Step 3: We will list and market your items on our Facebook page and share them across all relevant Facebook groups. We handle answering all questions and negotiating on your behalf.
  • Step 4: When a deal is agreed upon by both you and the buyer, we connect you with the buyer and they pay you directly. Once you are paid you will ship the saddle or items to the buyer. You are responsible for providing the buyer a shipping quote, accepting payment and shipping in a timely manner.
  • Step 5: You owe us a 5% commission on the total sales price on saddles only. No commission on the smaller items, only the listing fee. 

OPTION 2 - Full Consignment

  • Step 1: You Pay a $50 listing fee per item (Show, Ranch or Work Saddles, High End Show Halters, Show Headstalls and Bits are accepted) 
  • Step 2: You provide us with pictures, serial numbers and any information on the saddle or items you have for sale. You must disclose any blemishes including dents, scratches, excessive wear, any structural issues or repairs needed on your items. We will then give you a fair market value of your saddle or items to make sure you are comfortable with those price points.

  • Step 4: We will photograph your items, then list and market them on our Website and Facebook page as well as share them across all relevant Facebook groups. We handle answering all questions and negotiating on your behalf.
  • Step 5: When a deal is agreed upon by both you and the buyer, we handle accepting the payment directly and ship to the buyer in a timely manner.
  • Step 6: Once the saddle or items are received safe and sound by the buyer, we will pay you less 10% commission. 

Important Information

If you are opting to use Online Consignment, you must be set up to accept multiple payment methods. Most buyers prefer Paypal or Venmo with buyer protection (not using friends and family) when they are buying from a stranger and that fee is 3.5%. It is the buyers responsibility to pay that fee if they want that protection. If you are not able to accept these payment methods, we will not be able to sell your items for you using online consignment and you will need to ship the items to us to sell for you. 

The industry standard is that the buyer pays for the shipping costs and insurance. It is up to them if they choose to pay for insurance coverage, but I strongly recommend it.
